Chef Jason Shenefield

Chef Shenefield brings more than 15 years of culinary expertise to Bohemian Bar and Grill. Having worked extensively with world-renowned chefs, Shenefield’s resume includes Walt Disney World Resorts, where he gained top-notch perspective on the highest levels of professionalism in his field. He also served as the executive chef at a number of notable establishments, including Plantation House, Red Rode Dining Room in Plant City, Fla., as well as Terrace Hotel in Lakeland, Fla and received an occupational studies and culinary arts degree with honors while studying at Johnson & Wales University in Miami. Additionally, Shenefield’s portfolio boasts a number of accomplishments including experience as a chef instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando, Fla., and in designing the Red Rose Dining Room and Kitchen where he was responsible for the creation, organization, and ordering of an elite 200 bottle wine program.
